Web Based Remote Desktop Support Service

We can connect with you by various methods and can do so if either your email is functional or you can connect to the internet with your browser.
How it works:

Using your Browser or Internet Explorer
Call us to initiate a remote session.
We create a support ticket for the PC you wish us to access. We instruct you to visit www.iremotepcsupport.com and enter the Ticket ID which we have provided you over the telephone. You also check what features you will allow us to utilize. A support ticket looks like this:

The Remote Assistance Session begins when you click the "Start Session" button.  Once initiated there will be a "Chat" window to allow communication between us while we remotely control your computer.  You can view what we are doing and also control your computer yourself.

Using your email program
Optionally - we can send you a link in your email.  When you click the link, a temporary program loads onto your system that works on any Windows PC. Next you are presented with the options similar to the figure above where you choose which features you allow us to use and for how long.  More information can be found in your operating systems "Help" section on "Remote Assistance"  Once a dedicated connection has been established between our computer and yours, all data sent and received in the connected path uses 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm; which is a standard by the U.S. Government for robust security.
